Log In Help


Log In – User must have a registered account to Log In.  Log In using your User Name (Email address) and Password.

If you do not have a registered account, click Register for User Account.
If you do have a registered account, but have forgotten your password, click Forgot Password.

Register User Account – To receive Children’s Treatment and Residential Treatment authorization letters and invoices online, you will need to register for an account.  You will enter your nine-digit Departmental Vendor Number (DVN) and your assigned PIN number on the Registration page.  Your organization should have received a PIN letter from the Department of Social Services, Children’s Division, with your nine-digit PIN number.

Forgot Password – If you have forgotten your password, enter your user name (email address) on the Forgot Password page.  Click Submit.  You will be forwarded to the Identity Confirmation page.  Input the answer to your security question.  Click Submit.  An email with a temporary password will be sent to you.  You may use this password to access your account and make password changes.
