Report MO Human Trafficking
This application is intended for use by law enforcement agencies to notify the Department of
Social Services as soon as possible after a first encounter with a person who reasonably appears to
be a victim of trafficking, in order for the Department to determine whether the person may be eligible
for state or federal services, programs, or assistance. The Department may use the information provided
in order to coordinate with relevant state, federal, and local agencies to evaluate appropriate services
for victims of trafficking.

by the Department to determine whether the alleged victim may be eligible for state or federal services,
programs, or assistance.
If this report involves a child who may be the victim of human trafficking, please contact the Child
Abuse/Neglect Hotline at 1-800-392-3738 in addition to completing the reporting form.
